Project Description: We are looking to enhance our social media presence by hiring a talented video editor who can consistently deliver high-quality videos tailored for Instagram. This is an opportunity for skilled professionals to join our team on a salaried basis, contributing 1-2 videos per week.

Responsibilities:
- Edit video clips and create engaging videos specifically for Instagram.
- Adapt content to align with current social media trends and styles.
- Work within tight schedules to meet regular deadlines.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong experience in creating and editing social media content.
- Keen understanding of social media trends and the ability to style content appropriately.
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver projects on schedule.

Additional Details:
- This role is not a one-time gig but an ongoing partnership. If selected, you will be hired on a salaried basis.
- Currently, 40+ candidates are submitting example videos to demonstrate their capabilities. We plan to select 2 individuals for full-time positions based on the quality and creativity of their submissions.
- Important: The initial example video is a test to evaluate your fit for the role and will not be compensated unless you are chosen for ongoing employment.
- Please do not inquire about the budget; compensation will be determined based on the quality of the submitted example video.
