Custom PCB design& End product enclosure

Job Description

I am developing a compact plug-and-play OBD-II vehicle data logger.

For Rev 1, I want a complete working end product, not just a testing board.

Main requirements:
* Plug n play auto work
* log the data and show on app/web portal
* Store the data in approximately 1 GB or more reliable nonvolatile flash storage.
* Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.
* Proper vehicle power protection is mandatory, including a fuse and appropriate protection against automotive electrical conditions.
* Compact custom PCB and finished plastic enclosure suitable for an OBD-II plug-in product.
* Keep some PCB space, GPIO/interfaces and design flexibility for future additions such as GPS, additional storage, sensors, etc., but these future components do not need to be populated in Rev 1.

I am aiming for a low-cost but reliable product. Please research and select the most suitable MCU, CAN transceiver, storage technology, power/protection components and other components yourselves rather than assuming specific parts.

ESP32-C3 super mini is one option because of its integrated Wi-Fi/BLE/CAN capability, but please compare alternatives such as suitable STM32 or other MCUs based on total product cost, reliability, availability and future requirements. Because if we see the market the products like these already ranges between 1000PKR - 2000PKR

Please optimize the design for actual manufacturing rather than using development boards. Also include alternative for every component/module that is costly so we can always have 2nd option

The final delivery should include all manufacturing files:
* Gerbers
* Drill files
* BOM
* Pick-and-place/CPL
* Schematic
* Editable PCB/source files
* Assembly drawings
* PCB 3D/STEP
* Enclosure STEP/STL and manufacturing drawings
* Any other files required for PCB assembly and enclosure manufacturing.

Please also provide the proposed component choices and a short explanation of why they were selected, including estimated BOM cost.

This can be 2 layer PCB design and end product enclosure design. I will handle the firmware and applications + data myself. This product is already available in market I just want my design and working device for myself here you can see the reference of similar car's obd data scanners in market:

Note: This will be not just a PCB board design it will be our end product so I need Plan of action + requirements and components data to use or any other useful information and for this research I will pay extra first before moving to start working on design (not just AI based research cause I have already a good list but according to actual development). (This budget can be adjusted accordingly)
