I build chatbots, AI automation and websites for businesses: Telegram bots, AI assistants, CRM and ERP integrations, landing pages and web apps. WHAT I DO • Chatbots and AI assistants: booking, lead capture, answers based on your own materials, handoff to a manager. • Integrations: Bitrix24, amoCRM, 1C ERP, Ozon, Google Sheets, payment systems and REST APIs. Workflow automation with n8n and Make. • Websites: landing pages and sites on WordPress and Next.js, fixes and development of existing projects. • Data: scraping, enrichment and clean exports to Excel or Google Sheets. EXAMPLES OF MY WORK • AI call-quality scoring for Bitrix24: the service transcribes sales calls, grades each one against a 55-point checklist and writes the score into the deal card and Google Sheets. • SaaS for AI replies to customer reviews: 8 review platforms connected, one-click publishing through official APIs, running in production on the client's server. • 1C ERP to Ozon marketplace sync: stock and prices updated every 30 minutes, 168 products live, failure alerts in Telegram. I show intermediate results, test the main scenarios and launch. You get the code, access and a short guide. Anything outside the agreed scope is estimated separately.
