Job Description

Project Summary: Visual Patient Feedback Kiosk Web-App

Objective: Build a simple, lightweight, and highly visual Progressive Web App (PWA) or Single Page Application optimized for a tablet touch screen to gather quick patient feedback at a hospital exit.

Main Screen Layout: A clean, scrollable grid displaying official profile pictures and names of nursing staff. And cleaning pictures

Interaction: Tapping a nurse’s picture opens a prominent, full-screen popup containing two large touch buttons: ? Liked and ? Disliked. Or nurse picture has like dislike next to it which patient can select.



Data Logging: Every submission must immediately log the Nurse Name/ID, Feedback Action (Like/Dislike), a secure server-side Timestamp (Date & Time), and the Device/Kiosk ID into a cloud database (e.g., Firebase, Supabase, or a Google Sheet).

Auto-Reset: A 30-second idle timer that automatically closes the popup and resets to the main staff grid if a patient walks away without pressing like or dislike.

Offline Support: Robust local caching so that if the hospital Wi-Fi drops, data is stored locally on the tablet and automatically syncs to the cloud once connectivity returns.

Also need the developer to set this up remotely and keep options to edit the basic info like nurse name, staff picture


This form will be for nurse behaviour feedback as well as other staff. Atleast 6 people feedback check
