Automation: Airtable CRM + Zoom/YouTube workflow + email platform setup (one-time project)

Job Description

I run a nonprofit educational organization (501(c)(3)) with weekly Zoom lectures for a Russian-speaking audience.

Existing assets: Constant Contact with 12,000+ email contacts (donors kept as a separate list), a Zoom account with attendance reports (3,000+ people), and a YouTube channel.

I need a one-time setup of simple, low-maintenance infrastructure:

Light CRM in Airtable: consolidate Zoom attendance/registration exports with the existing contact lists; basic segments (donors / regulars / newcomers / inactive).
Automation: new Zoom cloud recording → uploaded to YouTube as a private draft (Make, Zapier or n8n, your choice).
Sales page for digital products (Payhip or Podia) plus donations, connected to the contact base.
Integration with the existing Constant Contact (keep it, no migration): sync segments from Airtable and create one reusable weekly email template.

Deliverable: a working system plus short Loom video instructions for a non-technical owner.
