AI Voice Agent for Missed Calls and Appointment Booking

Job Description

We manage 3 physiotherapy clinics, and we lose about 30% of calls after hours or when the front desk is busy. We want an AI voice agent that answers these calls, books appointments, and handles common questions in English.

What we need:

- Set up an AI voice agent (Vapi, Retell, or Bland; open to suggestions) linked to our Twilio or Exotel number
- Answer FAQs on timings, pricing, location, and insurance, using a knowledge base we'll provide
- Check real-time slot availability in Google Calendar and book, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Send a WhatsApp confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before the appointment
- Detect urgent cases (e.g., post-surgery pain) and transfer them to the on-call physio
- Log every call with transcript, summary, and outcome in Google Sheets or Airtable
- Send a weekly report with call volume, bookings made, and drop-offs

Deliverables:

- A live agent tested on 50+ simulated calls
- Editable prompts and knowledge base
- Handover documentation and a walkthrough call with our team

Must have: Prior work on voice AI agents; please share a demo recording
Nice to have: Hindi/Hinglish voice experience
