I am looking for an experienced independent freelance web developer to build a premium, fully custom corporate website for a UAE-based consultancy business. This is not a project for an agency, template reseller, or AI-generated website provider.
I need a developer who can create a modern, clean, high-performing website from scratch based on our business requirements, brand identity, services, and future growth plans.
This can become a long-term partnership for the right person. We regularly require website updates, new landing pages, maintenance, design work, SEO improvements, and digital support. Professionalism, honesty, clear communication, and quality work are very important.
Main Requirements:
* Fully custom-built website from scratch — no ready-made templates, copied layouts, AI-generated websites, or generic pre-built solutions
* Premium, professional, visually attractive corporate design
* Fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile
* Fast loading, optimised performance, and clean code
* Strong SEO-friendly structure from the beginning
* Secure development and scalable setup for future expansion
* Intuitive navigation and well-organised page structure
* Mega menu with service categories and icons where suitable
* Interactive calculators and quotation forms for selected services
* WhatsApp integration, custom enquiry forms, and clear call-to-actions
* Social-media and Google Maps integration where required
* Multi-language website: English plus two additional languages initially, with the option to add more later
