We are seeking a qualified professional in Artificial Intelligence focused on automated digital communication for an aesthetics and wellness establishment.
We are looking for a specialist who possesses intelligent automation infrastructures that are already developed or in an advanced stage, prioritizing operational agility, optimized performance, and scalability.
The goal is to establish an automated conversational system for a beauty and aesthetics salon with a high volume of daily interactions, utilizing technological resources—preferably open-source.

Job Skills

Key requirements: Proven track record in developing AI-based conversational solutions (virtual assistants/smart bots); possession of already tested operational structures (we are not starting development from scratch); connectivity with official programming interfaces (e.g., WhatsApp Business API, certified messaging platforms, etc.); mastery of current frameworks (advanced language models, automated processes, workflows); experience in immediate-response/high-transaction-volume environments (such as aesthetic centers, appointment scheduling, local services). Additional valued competencies: Experience with platforms like n8n or similar alternatives; familiarity with open-source technologies (LangChain, LlamaIndex, among others); experience integrating systems (customer management, scheduling, service catalogs, financial processing); ability to propose structural optimizations and product enhancements. Preliminary scope: Analyze and customize pre-built infrastructure; develop a personalized intelligent service journey; ensure connectivity with approved APIs; build a scalable and reusable foundation for multiple projects.
