Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Off-Page SEO specialist to help improve the organic visibility and authority of our professional education and corporate training website, Illumeo.

The project focuses on ethical link building, relevant outreach, and brand visibility. We want links and mentions from genuine websites relevant to accounting, finance, continuing professional education (CPE), compliance, human resources, corporate training, and professional development.

Scope of work:
1. Research relevant websites with real audiences and topical relevance.
2. Identify legitimate guest-post, editorial contribution, resource-page, and business-profile opportunities.
3. Prioritize websites that reach a relevant US professional audience.
4. Confirm whether each opportunity is free, paid, or editorially reviewed before proceeding.
5. Prepare original, useful content where publication opportunities require it.
6. Provide a final spreadsheet containing the domain, target URL, topic relevance, publication method, cost, link type where verifiable, and live publication URL.
7. Share evidence of completed placements and explain any limitations.

Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in white-hat off-page SEO and outreach.
- Strong English writing and communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate website relevance and editorial quality.
- No automated mass submissions, spam directories, private blog network links, or fabricated metrics.
- No guaranteed DA or ranking improvements.

Please include examples of previous relevant work, your proposed approach, estimated delivery time, and the number of verified opportunities you can realistically deliver within the proposed budget.

We prefer sustainable SEO practices and transparent reporting over a large number of low-quality backlinks.
