Service Description

Need a computer vision model that detects objects in images or video? I train and evaluate YOLO object detection models on your own dataset and explain the results clearly.

My hands-on experience includes training YOLO models, dataset preparation and label checking, evaluation (precision, recall, mAP), and exporting models for edge devices such as NVIDIA Jetson using ONNX and TensorRT.

WHAT I CAN DO
- Prepare and check your dataset (format conversion, class balance, label quality review)
- Train a YOLO model (for example YOLOv8) on Google Colab or your GPU
- Evaluate with mAP, precision, recall and confusion matrix, and test on sample images or video
- Export to ONNX / TensorRT for deployment when needed
- Short report with results, weaknesses and next steps

WHAT YOU GET
- Trained weights, training configuration and evaluation results
- Inference script to run the model on images or video
- Simple written guide to repeat the training

Please note: model quality depends heavily on your data. I report honest metrics and will tell you upfront if the dataset is too small or poorly labeled. Message me with a sample of your images and your goal before ordering.

Technology Used

Python, PyTorch, Ultralytics YOLO, OpenCV, ONNX, TensorRT, NVIDIA Jetson, Google Colab, Roboflow-format datasets

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do I need to label the images myself?
A: Please provide labeled data in YOLO or COCO format. If your data is unlabeled, message me first to discuss options and extra time.

Q: Can the model run on a Jetson or Raspberry Pi?
A: I can export to ONNX and TensorRT for Jetson devices. Other hardware: message me first.

Q: What accuracy can I expect?
A: It depends on image quality, dataset size and label quality. I never promise a fixed accuracy before seeing the data.

Q: Will I own the trained model?
A: Yes, you receive the weights and scripts.
