You can also receive inbound calls if you have your number set up inside GoHighLevel.
2. What you need to set it up
A Twilio account (GoHighLevel uses Twilio for call & SMS handling).
A phone number purchased either inside GoHighLevel (through Twilio integration) or directly from Twilio.
Call forwarding rules if you want calls to ring your personal phone.
3. Calling options
Click-to-call: From a contact record, click the phone icon to start a call.
Power Dialer: For sales teams to quickly go through lead lists.
Call tracking & recording: Calls can be recorded and tracked for quality control.
