We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Video and Photo Editor to join our creative team. If you have a passion for visual storytelling and experience in editing high-quality real estate videos and photos, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Real Estate Video and Photo Editor, you will be responsible for editing and enhancing video tours, property photos, and promotional content to showcase our real estate listings in the best light. You’ll work closely with our marketing and photography teams to deliver polished, professional media for use on social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and enhance real estate photos and videos to highlight property features.
Create visually appealing video tours, promotional videos, and reels for social media.
Retouch images to correct lighting, color, and composition.
Add music, voiceovers, and effects to video content to make it more engaging.
Collaborate with photographers and marketing teams to align media with brand and property goals.
Maintain a consistent visual style across all projects, ensuring high-quality results.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a video and photo editor, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Strong skills in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Knowledge of real estate photography and videography is a plus.
Attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with social media platforms and video/photo specifications for different channels.
Bonus Skills:

Experience with drone footage editing.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animations.
