**Clippsy is hiring talented Short-Form Video Editors!**

We’re looking for a creative and reliable **Video Editor / Clipping Editor** who can turn long-form videos, podcasts, interviews, and other content into engaging short-form clips for **TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms**.

### What you’ll do

* Find the most engaging moments from long-form content.
* Edit high-retention short-form clips.
* Add captions, subtitles, zooms, transitions, sound effects, and other visual elements where appropriate.
* Create strong hooks in the first few seconds.
* Follow current short-form content trends.
* Deliver videos consistently according to deadlines.
* Work with our team to improve editing style and performance over time.

### Requirements

* Previous experience editing TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
* Strong understanding of short-form content and audience retention.
* Good sense of timing, storytelling, and pacing.
* Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar software.
* Ability to consistently deliver quality work.
* A portfolio or examples of previous work are **required**.
