Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled, results-driven Upwork Bidder / Lead Generation Specialist to manage our Upwork profile, identify high-converting project opportunities, and write customized, winning proposals.

Our core specialization centers around Webflow development, technical SEO, and modern Webflow frameworks (Client-First, custom CMS, integrations).

You will be responsible for scouting quality job postings, filtering out low-value leads, and pitching our expertise to prospective clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Scan Upwork daily for relevant web development, Webflow, and digital build/redesign postings.

Analyze client histories, project requirements, and budget ranges to identify high-probability leads.

Draft highly targeted, customized, humanized proposals (avoiding generic copy-paste templates). Highlight our core credentials, specialized technical stack, and past project results within the initial 2-line proposal hook. Screen screening questions and propose realistic milestones or estimates.Track submission metrics, response rates, and continuously optimize bidding strategies.

Project Type & Workflow:Type: Ongoing hourly contract / Part-timeExpected Availability: 30–40 hours per week (aligned with peak client posting hours)
