Senior SEO Specialist - Onsite/Full Time

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of SEO projects from strategy to execution, delivering measurable organic growth for clients across different industries.

Responsibilities
Manage SEO projects from planning to successful execution.
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies.
Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve website issues.
Build topical authority using Semantic SEO principles.
Optimize websites for Google, AI search engines, and answer engines.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning.
Collaborate with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
Monitor rankings, organic traffic, and conversions, providing regular performance reports.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and AI search developments.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong understanding of Semantic SEO.
Experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Ability to manage SEO projects independently from start to finish.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
