WordPress Websites POLISH and PERFECT Job Description.

I am looking for someone to PERFECT and POLISH my small websites.

YOUR EXPERIENCE :
I need someone who has built at least 25 websites from scratch. And has ACTUAL skill and EXPERIENCE with BACKEND TECHNICAL work, various FUNCTIONALITIES and PLUGIN CONFIGURATIONS.

QUIZZES. I NEED SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO SET UP QUIZZES. THE KIND YOU PLAY TO WIN CASH AND PRIZES.

These websites are very small and nearly identical. Some of them are static pages only. So it will not require much work to maintain them. When you look at the websites, you will understand immediately.


WordPress development is very simple. Drag and drop. Even though that work is very easy, it has already been completed. So we’re just talking about maintenance. Performing different small tasks as needed. These websites are for a new business venture so we are at square one trying to create the business.

Extremely important. Read carefully.

During the interview, I will ask many questions but two questions I will ask are very important. Number one, can you do this work 100% correctly? Number two, can you do this work 100% correctly by the deadlines? The answer to these questions should be yes or no. It is important for the freelancer to be honest about his skills and experience. Answering these questions honestly is important because I want to be very clear:

If you do not finish the work correctly, you will not be paid any money. There will be no partial payment. If you do not finish the work correctly by the deadline, you will not be paid at all. The work must be completed correctly and by the deadline. There will be no extensions. I don't care about excuses. I don't care if your dog died. I don't care if your cousin died. I don't care what the reason is. If you do not complete the work correctly by the agreed upon deadlines that are in the contract, you will not be paid any money. I will not be giving any extensions to the deadline. If you do not complete the work by the deadline according to the contract according to what I just wrote here, you will be fired. And you will not be paid. So do not agree to the work if you can't complete the work by the deadline. Do not lie about your skills and experience if you know you cannot do the work correctly and you cannot do the work by the deadline. Because you will only be wasting your time and wasting my time. And you will not be paid any money for your effort. Here is an example, if I give you the work and the first deadline is 4 days and you complete 90% of the work and then the deadline is here. I will fire you. You will say, well, I completed most of the work so can I receive some partial payment? The answer is no. You will say, well, I spent four days working on this I should receive something. My response will be no. If you want payment, it will be full payment and you receive full payment only if you complete the work correctly by the deadline. I hope this is Crystal Clear for everyone. Because a lot of Freelancers lie about their skills and experience just to get the job and they're thinking that if they don't meet the deadline, they will convince me to give them a partial payment. It's not going to happen. No partial payment. No extensions to the deadline.

I NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

Scope of Work

The freelancer will perform technical evaluation and diagnostics for all websites (checklist and websites listed below) and fix any issues found. They will report findings for each checklist item, noting what was checked, whether it was working, and what was fixed (including how it was fixed if applicable). They will complete aesthetic improvements and polishing of websites to make them visually appealing and interactive, implement creative enhancements such as special effects and interactive features, complete unfinished development work for Beauties and Studios, set up promotional pages for quizzes and contests, and maintain all websites after initial work is complete. Most of the work will be done the first 7 days, the rest within 14 days.

Scope of work CLARIFICATION .
A lot of people see nine websites and they automatically think this is a lot of work. They assume that you going to do a lot of brain power and a lot of effort nine separate times. But that is not the case. Listen carefully. If you look at the list of websites, you will see that six of the websites are called Paragon cut. And then there are three other websites. The sixth Paragon cut websites have the same layout and structure and color scheme. They are basically identical. We want them to be identical. And then the other three websites are personal websites. They are identical to each other. They have the same layout and structure, but different colors. So the two main websites that need to be completed first are Dr debonair which is one of the three personal websites. And then Paragon Cuts books which is one of the six websites.

So the idea is to use your brain power and creativity on Dr debonair and when you finish and the website is great, you simply duplicate that work on the other two personal websites and that makes that process simple fast and easy. And then you go to books and you use your brain power and creativity on that website and when it is complete, you simply duplicate the same work on the other five Paragon cut websites. That makes that process simple easy and fast. So you really doing all of your concentration on only two websites.

To make the work even easier, guess what? Almost have to work has already been completed. Because Dr Debonair has been 95% completed by someone else so now the only remains approximately 5% of the work on Dr Debonair and then you do books and then you duplicate the work. Anyone with experience and skills will be able to do this easily and quickly.

Now we have two websites, Studios and beauties. They require a small amount of additional development.



DEADLINES . We want the first two websites to be completed within 4 days. And then when you duplicate your work on the other domains, that should be completed within seven additional days. So now that's a total of 11 days maximum. And then for the additional development on Studios and beauties, we want that to be completed in less than 6 days. So that is a total of 17 days. For someone who is an expert, they would be able to complete all of this work in less than 5 days. For someone who is an intermediate it might take 10 days. For someone who is a beginner, it would take them maybe the total 17 days.

When that initial work is completed, then you move on to the other three websites. And you will receive additional compensation for these other three websites. Paragon cut music, will be a one-page website. Executive Consulting will be a one page possibly two pages website. And then there is Crescent formula which will be approximately four or five pages. These three websites will be very simple very easy.

BUDGET . $110
Fixed payment of $60 dollars for the initial work on the 9 sites. For the other 3 sites and bonuses, the total fixed payment will be $110.
PLUS the ROYALTY.
The Royalty is extra money, bonus money. Free money.

NOTE: Work must be completed correctly AND within the deadlines established in the contract in order to be paid.

ROYALTY . There is also a ROYALTY available that has the potential to make up to $150 additional money.
The Freelancer will receive a guaranteed payment of $50. Plus a royalty option selected by the Freelancer. Royalty payments will be made along with the guaranteed fixed payment.

Royalty option is part of the payment structure for the work.

Option 1

You will receive the fixed payment of $50. In addition, you will earn 0.30¢ for every book sold, up to a cap of 100 books in a 30 day period.
If 100 books are sold, you would make $30, making your total payout $80.




Option 2

You will receive the fixed payment of $50. In addition, you will earn 0.20¢ for every book sold, up to a cap of 200 books in a 30 day period.
If 200 books are sold, your royalty would be $40, making your total payout $90.




Option 3

You will receive a fixed payment of $50. In addition, you will earn 0.15¢ for every book sold, up to a cap of 400 books in a 30 day period .
If 400 books are sold, your royalty would be $60, making your total payout $100.




Option 4

You will receive a fixed payment of $50. In addition, you will earn 0.10¢ for every book sold, up to a cap of 800 books in a 30 day period .
If 800 books are sold, your royalty would be $80, making your total payout $130.




Option 5

You will receive fixed payment of $50. In addition, you will earn 0.05¢ for every book sold, up to a cap of 2000 books in a 30 day period.
If 3,000 books are sold, your royalty would be $150 each month, making your total payout $200.

Note: the 30 day. That you will receive a royalty will start the day the first book is sold. At the end of the 30 days, we will see what the total is and make the calculation to determine what the royalty payout would be for that 30 day period.


I will be conducting video call interviews on Microsoft Teams, etc. These interviews are required if you want to be considered for the work.
