Job Description

1. Project Overview
CloraShop is seeking a long-term agency partner to lead our Facebook Advertising strategy. As an expanding e-commerce brand, our primary goal is to scale our online sales while optimizing our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). We are looking for a team that treats our business as their own, bringing both creative flair for content development and analytical precision for campaign management.

2. Objectives & Scope of Work
The successful partner will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our Facebook marketing activities:

Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and monitoring multi-objective Facebook ad campaigns (Conversion, Traffic, Reach).

Creative Strategy: Developing high-converting ad creatives (images, videos, carousels) that align with CloraShop’s brand voice.

Performance Optimization: Continuous A/B testing of audiences, placements, and ad sets to improve conversion rates and lower costs.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Providing weekly performance updates and monthly strategic reviews, highlighting key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate).

3. Target Audience

Proficiency in reporting tools and experience in providing clear, actionable insights rather than just raw numbers. Creative & Content Strategy:Ability to create high-performing ad creatives that resonate with our target demographic and maintain brand consistency. A proactive approach to A/B testing different formats (images, short-form video, carousels) to optimize Conversion Rates (CVR) and Click-Through Rates (CTR). Project Management & Communication:Excellent communication skills to ensure transparent and timely reporting on campaign progress. Ability to manage tight deadlines and demonstrate high operational capacity, ensuring dedicated time is allocated to our account.
