Automated School Fee Challan

Job Description

I already have a fee-challan template in Excel and now want to turn it into a smart workbook for the full academic year April ’26 – March ’27.

Here is what I need it to do:
• When I type a student’s registration number, the sheet must instantly auto-fill that student’s name, class, section and any other saved particulars.
• Each month’s worksheet should show the running payment history for that student—amount, date paid and any remarks—pulled forward automatically so I can see what was cleared in previous months at a glance.
• A single click should generate a clean PDF of the current month’s challan ready to print or email.

I will continue entering new student records manually inside a master table you create; the workbook’s formulas or VBA code should handle everything else from look-ups to monthly roll-overs. The design must remain user-friendly so any staff member can update figures without touching the underlying code.

Deliverables
1. Fully linked Excel workbook (Apr 26 → Mar 27 tabs + master data sheet).
2. Automated routines/macros for:
– Student detail lookup by registration number
– Monthly payment history update
– PDF export of the displayed challan
