About the Opportunity
At Nerovixa, one of our projects is approaching its final stage, and we're expanding our QA testing team.
We're looking for motivated freelance recruiters who can help us find US-based candidates interested in remote QA testing opportunities.
This is a fully remote, commission-based position with flexible working hours.

Your Responsibilities
- Source candidates located in the United States.
- Identify individuals interested in QA testing opportunities.
- Connect with potential candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Share our Calendly link so candidates can schedule interviews directly with our team.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
You only need to find and refer candidates. Our internal team handles interviews, evaluations, onboarding and training.

Commission Structure
Earn commissions for every successfully referred candidate:
- $30 - Candidate agrees to join the project.
- $100 - Candidate successfully completes onboarding.
- $300 - Candidate starts delivering strong results and meets performance expectations.
Total Potential Earnings: $430 per successful candidate.
There is no fixed limit on referrals, so your earning potential depends on your results.

This is a commission-only opportunity with no fixed base salary.

Requirements
- Recruiting or talent sourcing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Ability to find US-based candidates.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online recruiting platforms.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Available for flexible, part-time remote work.
