We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team!

Requirements:

Extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) – mandatory.

Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.

Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes.

Experience recruiting engineering and technical professionals is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and attract highly qualified candidates.

Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Collaborate with management to understand hiring needs.
