Senior Full-Stack Mobile Developer — Ride-Hailing Platform

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced developer or small development team to complete, integrate, test, and prepare our ride-hailing MVP for launch in Pakistan.

Project Technology
- Flutter and Dart — Customer and Driver Android Apps
- Node.js, TypeScript and NestJS — Backend API
- PostgreSQL and Redis — Database and supporting services
- React and TypeScript — Admin Dashboard
- REST APIs and WebSockets/Socket.IO
- Google Maps or an equivalent mapping platform
- Firebase Cloud Messaging
- GitHub, automated testing and CI/CD

Key Responsibilities
1. Review and understand the existing repositories, database design and API specification.
2. Integrate customer, driver and admin applications with the backend.
3. Implement and verify ride booking, driver dispatch, real-time tracking and trip management.
4. Implement fare calculations, payment workflows and driver earnings with reliable financial records.
5. Complete authentication, role-based access control and driver verification workflows.
6. Test APIs, database migrations, mobile applications and end-to-end ride scenarios.
7. Prepare Android builds, deployment documentation, monitoring and backup procedures.

Required Skills
- Proven Flutter and Dart development experience.
- Strong Node.js/TypeScript backend and PostgreSQL skills.
- Experience with React and REST API integration.
- Experience with GPS, maps, real-time communication and push notifications.
- Strong knowledge of authentication, API security, database transactions and automated testing.
- Experience with GitHub, deployment and production debugging.

Preferred Experience
- Previous taxi, ride-hailing, delivery or logistics platform.
- Payment gateway integration and financial reconciliation.
- Docker, cloud hosting, CI/CD and application monitoring.
