Migrate Joomla Website from 3.6.5 to Latest Version 5.3.1 (PHP 8.1 Compatibility)

Job Description

I have a couple of Joomla websites that were originally built on Joomla version 3.6.5 running on PHP 5.1. I have successfully updated them to Joomla 3.10, which currently works with PHP 7.5.

I need assistance migrating my Joomla websites from version 3.10 to the latest stable version 5.3.1, compatible with PHP 8.1.

Requirements:
- Retain all existing data, content, design (if possible), and key functionalities:
- User authentication and roles
- E-commerce capabilities
- Content management
