We are seeking a skilled and experienced Google Ads professional who has a proven track record of managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, particularly for non-profits or organizations with similar advertising grants. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that we achieve measurable results, such as increased website traffic, higher engagement rates, and greater awareness of our causes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns within the $10,000/month Google Ads grant.
- Ensure campaigns align with our mission and resonate with target audiences.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions).

Compensation Model:
