Mujhe ek software chahiye jo Google Form ki tarah address submission ke liye ho, jaise Daraz ka address form hota hai. Form mein yeh features hone chahiye:

Province select karne par sirf usi province ki cities show ho.
City select karne par sirf usi city ke areas show ho.
Contact number, name, complete address, aur famous area ka option bhi ho.
Software 2 se 5 din mein tayar ho jaye.
Database Daraz se similar hona chahiye.
