Job Description
Full-Stack Developer (Generalist)We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer for a long-term working relationship.
A generalist capable of independently managing projects from end to end, covering everything from requirements gathering to delivery and maintenance. You will need the technical skill to work across : mobile apps, AI automation and agents, chatbots/WhatsApp, process automation and integrations (RPA), e-commerce, corporate websites (CMS), landing pages, web systems/SaaS, and CRM/ERP. We work with open-source stacks and self-hosted infrastructure, so we are looking for someone who has mastered engineering fundamentals rather than just a specific tool.
Above all, we're looking for someone who is available and genuinely willing to build a long-term working relationship.

- Solid programming logic: algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving
- General-purpose backend: programming servers, business logic, and services, as well as learning new languages based on project needs
- Modern frontend: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; responsive and component-based interfaces
- Data modeling: relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL concepts
- APIs and integrations: designing and consuming REST, webhooks, and events (GraphQL concepts)
- Authentication and access control: login, sessions/tokens, profiles, permissions, and multi-user support

- Corporate websites (CMS): manageable sites with custom themes/components, on-page SEO, forms, and lead generation
- Landing pages: high-conversion pages (CRO), tracking/pixels, email marketing, and A/B testing
- Web systems/SaaS: scalable and multi-tenant architecture, recurring billing, dashboards, queues, caching, and observability
- CRM/ERP: process modeling (customers, sales, finance, inventory), management modules, reporting granular permissions and tax integrations (invoicing)
