The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of winning projects on Upwork, writing personalized proposals, identifying high-conversion opportunities, and helping agencies/freelancers grow their profiles and revenue.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands both the Upwork marketplace and technical service offerings.

Responsibilities

1. Search and identify relevant Upwork jobs in AI & Full Stack Development
2. Submit customized, high-converting proposals.
3. Analyze client requirements and highlight our relevant experience.
4. Optimize Upwork profile visibility and positioning.
5. Improve proposal templates and bidding strategy.
6. Track submitted proposals and client responses.
7. Suggest improvements for profile, portfolio, case studies, and specialized profiles.
8. Help increase interview rate and project win rate.

Ideal Candidate

1. Proven Upwork bidding experience in the Software Development & AI domain.
2. Demonstrated success in winning technical projects.
3. Excellent written English communication skills.
4. Basic understanding of AI, software development, and technical concepts.
5. Ability to craft personalized proposals instead of generic templates.
6. Familiarity with Upwork algorithms, profile optimization, and ranking factors.
