Looking for a part-time Social Media Profile Research Assistant / Referral Agent from Pakistan.

Your job is simple: find potential candidates on LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, Discord, X, and your own network, message them professionally, check if they are interested, and introduce only ready candidates to me.

This is not a full recruiter role. Basic profile searching and communication is enough.

Payment is per qualified candidate introduction, with an extra bonus if the candidate starts work.

A qualified candidate must:

1. Match the basic skills I provide
2. Be interested in the work
3. Accept the expected rate/terms
4. Share profile/CV
5. Be ready for an intro call

No payment for random profiles or people who do not respond.
