Sorry, Wordpress.com is different from Wordpress.org. We can only design a website on Wordpress.org provided a script that will run on a hosting server & you need a hosting server and domain name for that.
I do not have the content for the website, can we start?
I will add dummy content so that you would be able to replace that with your own content in the future. The content will be dummy "Lorum Ipsum" and will not be relevant to any industry.
