Well, yes, but first send me a glimpse if possible. Moreover, the cost of vectorizing sketches is higher than that of vectorizing finished designs.
2) Can you remove a background?
Yes Sure, I have also another gig which is only for Background removal, But i can do it also here.

4) Can you do my order in 5-10 minutes?
Please Note, that there isn't a magic button that will allow you to vectorize in five minutes. I require more time than five minutes because I hand redrew each image using a pen tool and I also need time to render, inspect, pack, and distribute your files.
5) What cannot be recreated in vector?
As far as Vector graphics has more limits than Raster graphics, some effects cannot be recreated. Cannot be recreated: realistic photos, photos of people, most of 3D objects, bewel effects, complex textures, watercolor.
