Q. Will it guarantee the malware is removed?
A. We will find (based on logs you have) how the attacker got it and close those gaps. There is a reasonable assurance, no one in Cyber Security will provide guarantees.
Q. Will you reduce charge for your services?
A. If the task is as described above, will not reduce charges. however if there are noticeable differences, then we can discuss.
