Service Description
The Virtual Assistant is responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, in support of the company's work.
The VA will answer phones, greet visitors, and route calls to the appropriate staff member.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and take messages
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member
Handle customer service issues and requests
Answering questions about company policies, products, or services
Provide general administrative support by scheduling meetings, reviewing calendars, and preparing presentations for meetings
Assist with mailings, printing and copying materials as needed
Ordering office supplies
Maintaining inventory of office supplies
