I joined the organization as Recruitment Specialist and later become as a Recruitment Team Leader.
As a Recruitment Manager My key responsibilities include:

 In-Charge of the team of recruitment including 3 recruiters.
 Fully responsible of all valuable recruitment clients (Hospitals) including the recruitment services contract management.
 Taking care of recruitment services business development. Arranging the meeting with the Hospitals Recruitment heads to finalize the recruitment services agreements.
 Headhunting for the critical specialties as per the requirement of the clients. Headhunting highly qualified medical professionals from international markets.
 Handling the business development for Events Management with various governmental healthcare event’s organizers.
 Dealing with the recruitment partners in various countries (Recruitment Agencies) for the documents and visa processing of the selected candidates as per the requirements of the clients.
 Providing complete recruitment solutions to clients.
 Arranging recruitment trip as per the requirement of our clients with the support of our recruitment partners.
 Managing the online registration on web portals utilizing the social media like Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter. Postings jobs on the website.

Management Responsibilities performing for our Valued Clients:
 Providing assistance to the higher management for Manpower Planning for all Projects of the group of Hospitals.
 Full life-cycle recruitment experience includes staffing, development of position descriptions, identifying corporate core competencies, developing and implementing traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies, screening/interviewing and candidate selection in concert with hiring Senior Consultants, Physicians & Surgeons, negotiating compensation packages, extending offers and assisting in integration of new employees. Consistently recognized for innovation and excellent performance.
 Carried out staffing and sourcing campaign to hire new doctors as per the Manpower Plan. Sourced international candidates working with biggest hospitals groups in the world, through cold calling, channel development, strategic alliance and corporate branding. Recruiting/staffing experience includes both corporate and contract placement.
 Implementation of recruitment Policies and Procedures.
 Coordinating with online web portals for job postings & CV Search.
 Headhunting highly qualified medical professionals from international markets.
 Liaising with HRIS online HR system to ensure effecting reporting of all recruitment activities
 Plan, organize and implementing recruitment trips of European & Western countries, ensuring timely action and appropriate approvals.
 Acquired high amount of knowledge in Middle East and especially Saudi Arabia's Govt. laws and regulation for visa processing and requirements. e.g Saudi Council for Medical employees.
 Develop/Provide Interview Rating Form (IRF) based on the respective Job Description and in collaboration with the hiring manager to ensure efficiency and equity of recruitment.
 Analyzing the information provided on a prospective employee's application form & conducting Interviews of the applicants to select the right person who meets the client's standers.
 Conducting Telephone & personal interviews along with the hospital’s credential’s committee, checking references and background, evaluating applicant's qualifications
 Handling offers & contract module through HRIS online HR system.
 Advice and coordinate with Personnel, Administration, and requisitioning department the arrival, transport, and accommodation of new recruits.

Achievements
 Maintained demographic balance between all nationality and introduce & hire various European nationalities (Spanish/Italian/Swedish/Greek etc.) first time in the healthcare industry in KSA.
 Manage to recruit more than 125 high quality Consultant Level doctors from Western & European Countries in all specialties since the year 2010 includes more than 35 pure westerns.
 Executed strategic sourcing techniques to include a variety of resources such as internet, advertising, employment agencies, internal and external databases, employee referrals, direct sourcing and job fairs.
