Job Description

I am launching "Buybox Savy," an Amazon agency, and need a skilled freelancer to architect and implement a complete, automated sales and delivery system. You will be responsible for connecting and configuring the following tools using HighLevel as the central CRM.

Scope of Work:

CRM & Website Setup: Configure HighLevel pipelines, custom fields, and tags. Build a simple 3-5 page website/funnel using HighLevel's builder (or custom HTML from Lovable).
AI Content Automation: Set up automated workflows for SEO blogs (Jasper/SurferSEO) and social media posts (Lately/ContentStudio), integrating with HighLevel.
Lead Generation & Enrichment: Implement a system to build a targeted prospect list using Apollo.io, enrich it with Clay, and sync it to HighLevel with proper tagging.
Data Hygiene: Integrate ZeroBounce to automatically verify all incoming leads.
Marketing Automation: Build complex HighLevel workflows for email/SMS sequences (using AI-generated copy) that trigger based on lead behaviour and manage calendar bookings.
AI Voice Integration: Configure HighLevel's native AI Voice (or Air.ai) to make outbound follow-up calls based on workflow triggers.
Client Onboarding & Admin: Create client intake forms (HighLevel/Typeform) and automate the generation of quotes/invoices (HighLevel Payments/PandaDoc).
Required Skills:

Expert-level experience with HighLevel (workflows, pipelines, triggers, actions).
Strong working knowledge of Zapier or Make for integrations.
Familiarity with AI content tools (Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) and lead gen platforms (Apollo.io).
Experience with email verification (ZeroBounce) and video creation tools (HeyGen) is a plus.
