Job Description
We are a rapidly growing UK-based TikTok Live Agency expanding our operations globally (MENA, UK, APAC). We are looking for experienced Business Developers / Recruiters to help us scale our network by finding top-tier Live Streaming talent.The Role:
We are not looking for employees; we are looking for Partners. Your primary goal is to scout, recruit, and onboard Live Creators who can perform at a high level.
Targets:
Quantity: We aim to recruit 800+ active creators per month.
Quality: We are specifically looking for "Star Creators" who can hit 1,000,000 Diamonds per month.
Compensation Structure (High Earning Potential):
This is a Performance-Based role.
Fixed Fee: A setup fee will be paid upon successful completion of the trial phase ( milestones for initial recruits).
Commission (The Big Money): We offer a highly attractive Revenue Share (Up to 70%) of the diamonds generated by the creators you recruit.
Example: If a creator generates $400 revenue from 1M Diamonds, your commission can go up to $280.
Potential: If you recruit a team of high-performing creators, your monthly earnings are uncapped.
Responsibilities:
Scout and identify potential TikTok Live Hosts globally or in your specific region.
Screen candidates to ensure they meet our quality standards (Camera presence, confidence).
Manage the onboarding process (signing them up on our platform).
Ensure they start streaming and meet the initial "Activeness" criteria.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, recruiting, or digital marketing.
Strong communication skills and ability to persuade talent.
Understanding of TikTok Live or the creator economy is a plus.
Must have access to a network of potential creators or be able to source them efficiently.
