​Project Overview:
We are a multi-disciplinary Pediatric Therapy Center looking for a Google Ads specialist to audit our current account and build a high-performance lead generation machine. We offer Occupational, Behavior, Speech, Remedial, and Physiotherapy for children.
​The Goal:
Drive high-quality inquiries from parents/caregivers while lowering our current Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
​Your Responsibilities:
​Full Account Audit: Identify "leaks" in our current campaigns (wasted spend, poor keyword matching).
​New Campaign Build: Structure specific ad groups for our 5 core services targeting high-intent local searches.
​Ad Copywriting: Draft empathetic, trust-based copy that adheres to Google’s healthcare policies.
​Tracking & Analytics: Ensure GA4 and GTM are accurately capturing "Form Submits" and "Click-to-Calls."
​Continuous Optimization: Manage bidding (Target CPA/ROAS), negative keywords, and A/B testing.
​Requirements:
​Proven experience in Healthcare or Therapy PPC (essential).
​Deep understanding of Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager.
​Ability to translate complex data into simple performance updates.
​Expertise in navigating Google’s sensitive interest categories for healthcare.
