Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist (Remote, Long-Term)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our existing 10,000+ contact email list and help us build a consistent flow of qualified leads.

⭐ Responsibilities

Your main tasks will include:

Email List Management

Clean, verify, and remove invalid emails, spam traps, and duplicates

Segment the 10K+ list based on behavior, interest, location, or industry

Maintain high deliverability and avoid spam filters

Email Marketing Setup

Create cold email outreach campaigns or newsletter sequences

Write or improve email copy (subject lines, body, CTAs)

Set up automation workflows (drip sequences, follow-ups, re-engagement)

Manage campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, SendGrid, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.

Lead Generation Tasks

Identify target audiences and buyer personas

Research and verify new leads when needed

Manage CRM updates and ensure accurate data entry

Book meetings, calls, or qualified leads (depending on goal)

Performance Tracking

Monitor open rates, bounce rates, click rates, and reply rates

Provide weekly reports and optimization suggestions

Job Skills

Proven experience in email marketing + lead generation

Experience managing large email lists (5,000+ preferred)

Knowledge of deliverability best practices (warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, throttling)

Strong research skills and attention to detail

Good written English (must)

Experience using major CRM and outreach tools

Ability to work independently and deliver on time
