Job Description
I’m assembling a lean, remote digital-marketing team and I need a sharp HR / recruiting coordinator who can also keep day-to-day operations tidy. Your main mission is recruiting, with an immediate focus on:• Advertising specialists experienced in PPC, social-media ads, and SEO/SEM
• Creative designers
• Content creators
Once the right people are in the pipeline, I’ll rely on you to:
• Build a simple task-tracking workspace (Trello, Asana, or similar) so everyone knows who’s doing what and by when
• Watch deadlines and nudge team members until deliverables land in our shared drive
• Keep Slack/Email updates clear and timely so our Ads Manager and I always see next steps
For this initial phase I’m looking for:
1. A basic recruiting blueprint (role outlines, job posts, and outreach list)
2. A shortlist of qualified candidates for each role
3. A lightweight task board set up and running with the current team
