About Us
Tuitional is an Ed-Tech platform providing live tutoring for Grades 6–8, IGCSE, GCSE, A-Levels, and more. We’re growing fast in the Middle East and are looking for a creative Reels video editor who can turn our content into engaging, scroll-stopping short-form videos.

What You’ll Do

Edit engaging reels with strong hooks in the first 3–5 seconds

Add captions, transitions, b-roll, and sound effects to boost engagement

Repurpose existing class snippets, webinars, and brand content into short videos

Maintain a consistent style and align edits with our brand identity

Suggest creative ideas for viral content trends

Requirements

Proven experience editing short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail

Ability to add dynamic captions and motion graphics

Familiarity with trends and what works in the education/edutainment niche

Quick turnaround time

Nice to Have

Experience in EdTech or working with online education brands

Knowledge of Arabic or Middle East cultural nuances (bonus, not required)

Engagement

Initial: Project-based (paid per reel or package)

Long-term: Potential part-time/full-time role with a growing company
