Job Description

Project Objective:
We are looking to hire a Google Sheets automation expert to build a fully functional, real-time multi-agent sales reporting system. The system should enable sales agents to simply input raw data, while all performance metrics, dashboards, and analytics are automatically calculated and centralized in a Super Admin dashboard.

The primary goal is to eliminate manual reporting from agents and give both agents and admins automated, real-time performance visibility through dynamic dashboards and charts.

Expected Outcome:
Each sales agent will have their own Google Sheet to input data.

A centralized Super Admin dashboard will automatically pull and process all data from agent sheets.

All key metrics, performance analytics, and visual dashboards should update in real time.

Agents will not be required to generate or manage any reports.

Admins will have complete access to monitor performance, conversion trends, and lead source data.

Each agent will also have access to a personal dashboard showing only their data and performance summary.

Project Scope:
1. Agent Sheets:
Each agent has a separate Google Sheet file (not just a tab).

Data entry is manual — agents fill in raw lead/sales data only.

Google Workspace is not used. Agents will use personal Gmail accounts.

Each sheet includes:

A raw data entry tab

A dynamic, auto-updating dashboard showing performance metrics and visualizations based only on their data

2. Super Admin Sheet (Master Sheet):
Centralized dashboard for Super Admins and Sales Managers.

Automatically aggregates data from all agent sheets.

Key features:

Full database of all entered leads across agents

Automatically calculated KPIs, such as:

Total messages, prospects, leads, and conversions

CPM, CPL, CAC, ROAS

Average ticket size, total ticket amount

Conversion rates and time to convert

Monthly breakdowns

Lead source and ad set performance

Visual reports using:

Pie charts

Bar charts

Line graphs

Filters for:

Monthly view

Agent-wise comparison

Timeline tracking
