Job Description

We’re hiring an experienced architectural designer to take on a 5-bedroom duplex layout. You’ll work from a hand-drawn sketch to develop digital floor plans that include full drainage system integration.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in residential building design
Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
Ability to deliver detailed, well-labeled plans in PDF format within 5 days
Strong understanding of structural flow and utility systems
Open to feedback and collaboration across time zones
