Job Description
Seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to create hyper-realistic digital women using advanced generative models and synthetic media tools. The developer will build automated systems and pipelines to generate visuals and short-form video content that can be used for social media marketing. This role is purely technical, with a focus on image and video generation, not on content posting or campaign strategy.⸻
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop AI pipelines for generating photorealistic female faces and bodies using tools like GANs, diffusion models (e.g., Stable Diffusion), or custom-trained models.
• Automate the creation of consistent visual identities (e.g., same character in different poses, outfits, or moods).
• Integrate text-to-image or image-to-video generation tools into a usable system or workflow.
• Optionally implement voice synthesis, lip-sync, or facial animation (for speaking avatars or short video clips).
• Collaborate with the client to adapt the generated content for various use cases (Instagram, TikTok, ads).
• Ensure outputs are high quality, free from artifacts, and aligned with the desired brand aesthetic.

• Required: Deep experience with AI image generation (e.g., Stable Diffusion, GANs, DALL·E, or similar).
• Required: Strong Python skills and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Required: Experience with model fine-tuning and control over style, identity, lighting, and expression.
• Required: Ability to build automation pipelines or tools for repeatable generation of visuals.
• Nice to have: Experience with 3D avatar creation, voice synthesis, or video generation (e.g., DeepMotion, PIFuHD, or Synthesia-type tools).
• Nice to have: Familiarity with API integration and cloud GPU environments (e.g., AWS, RunPod, Google Colab Pro).
