Job Description
We are a growing crime YouTube channel producing engaging, voiceover-driven true crime and biker gang documentaries. We're seeking an experienced video editor who can bring intensity, suspense, and professionalism to our videos.Each video is approximately 8 to 15 minutes long, and we will provide:
Script and voiceover
Logo and branding elements
Guidance on tone and pacing
You will be responsible for:
Editing video using stock footage, crime photos, documents, maps, and b-roll
Enhancing narrative with sound effects and music
Adding subtitles, text overlays, transitions, and cinematic effects
Delivering polished, copyright-safe content ready for YouTube

Job Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Strong understanding of narrative editing, especially voiceover-led content
Knowledge of stock footage platforms and copyright-safe sourcing
Familiarity with sound design and background scoring
Ability to add motion graphics, zooms, pans, and transitions
Fluent in English comprehension for syncing and subtitle accuracy
Bonus: Understanding of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, or YouTube Studio
