We're seeking a highly skilled Mobile App Developer to lead the development of a feature-rich, scalable application in the recruitment and career development domain.

What We Need:
We’re building a secure, user-friendly, and modern mobile platform designed to offer smart tools for professionals and organizations. The app will include real-time tracking, personalized user journeys, and modular service access.

Your Responsibilities:

* Develop a cross-platform mobile application (Flutter or React Native preferred)
* Integrate APIs, third-party tools (payments, notifications, etc.), and backend services
* Implement intuitive UI/UX and ensure seamless user experience
* Handle advanced user role segmentation and access control
* Optimize app performance across devices and OS versions
* Collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams throughout the build process

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of experience in mobile app development
✅ Strong portfolio with published/live apps
✅ Hands-on experience with cross-platform frameworks
✅ Deep understanding of backend integrations & security best practices
✅ Experience working on scalable, modular platforms
✅ Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
