Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer specializing in Facebook ad creatives to design high-converting ad visuals for multiple brands. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of what works on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), a solid grasp of design psychology, and the ability to produce scroll-stopping, conversion-oriented creatives.You will work closely with our performance marketing team and brand managers to deliver compelling static and motion creatives optimized for ad campaigns.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Design Facebook and Instagram ad creatives (static and/or animated).
Understand brand tone, messaging, and campaign objectives.
Follow Meta Ads design best practices and ad policies.
A/B test variations of ad creatives.
Incorporate feedback and make timely revisions.
Collaborate with the ad team for ongoing campaigns.
Job Skills
? Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
Deep understanding of Facebook Ad design principles.
Knowledge of ad specs, placements, and formats for Meta Ads.
Experience creating carousel, single image, video, and story creatives.
Understanding of CTAs, text overlays, and thumb-stopping design.
Motion design (Adobe After Effects or similar) is a plus.
