I'm looking to build a dedicated and skilled social media team to manage and grow my sports betting brand. This is a long-term opportunity for those who understand the sports betting industry and have experience in social media management, client engagement, and sales.

What I Need From You:
✅ Story Posting – Creating and scheduling engaging Instagram Stories using winning slips, promotions, and engagement-driven content.
✅ Instagram Feed Posting – Maintaining a clean, professional, and well-branded Instagram page with scheduled posts.
✅ DM Management – Responding to inquiries, answering questions, and keeping client communication organized.
✅ Upselling VIP Plans – Actively engaging with leads in DMs and converting them into VIP subscribers using proven scripts and strategies.
✅ Upselling Affiliate Deals – Encouraging followers to sign up for betting apps through our affiliate links, maximizing commission opportunities.
✅ Client Engagement – Keeping existing clients engaged through strategic conversations and personalized interactions.

Who I'm Looking For:
- Someone familiar with sports betting terms like units, hit rate, bankroll, parlays, live bets, and ROI (or willing to learn).
- Strong sales and communication skills to convert leads in DMs.
- Reliable and consistent, able to post stories and manage DMs daily.
- Ability to work independently while following my brand's strategies.
- Previous experience in social media management and marketing is a plus.
- Must be available to work on my hours and respond to DMs in real time to maximize conversions.

How I Will Train You:
- You'll receive a detailed training course covering everything from story posting to DM scripts for upselling VIP plans and affiliate deals.
- Access to step-by-step guides, templates, and examples to follow.
- A Slack workspace to communicate and collaborate with the team.
- Ongoing support and coaching to ensure you’re successful in the role.

Availability Requirements:
- Must be available during my business hours to ensure real-time engagement with clients.
- Daily commitment to managing DMs, posting content, and responding to inquiries.
- Flexibility to adjust to high-traffic betting days (NFL Sundays, NBA playoffs, etc.) when engagement is highest.

Job Skills

✅ Social Media Management – Experience managing Instagram Stories, Feed posts, and DMs to engage with followers and potential clients.

✅ DM Sales & Lead Conversion – Ability to sell VIP plans and promote affiliate betting apps through strategic DM conversations.

✅ Sports Betting Knowledge – Understanding of betting terms like units, hit rate, parlays, bankroll management, and ROI to communicate effectively with clients. (Or Willing to Learn)
