Integration Goals


• Reusable CRM Setup:
o Develop a reusable CRM setup that can be easily adapted for new websites in the future without requiring major adjustments.
o Maintain consistency in the form structure, organization, and available choices across all sites for seamless integration.
Form Integration:
o Integrate an existing Contact Form and Profile Form into the CRM system.
o Ensure all forms across websites have a consistent structure for easy adaptation.
o The information from these forms should be captured and stored centrally in the CRM for scoring and follow-up purposes.
Scoring & Follow-Up Automation:
o Automate the scoring of submitted forms based on predefined criteria.
o Organize the CRM system to handle follow-up tasks based on scoring.
o Implement automated email notifications for follow-up and updates.
Profile-Specific Notifications:
o If a guest completes a profile form, integrate a system that imports a website update worksheet and reads it to identify new assets, blogs, or activities relevant to the profile.
o Send a personalized link notification asking the member to log in and access their personalized "satchel page," which contains:

Content Matching System:
o Develop a matching system based on criteria such as release date, asset type, asset source, educational vs. promotional content, topical coverage, and format to align content with the member's interests.
o Use updated worksheets as alert triggers to identify member profiles requiring notifications.

o Integrate auction and order data into the CRM system for centralized management and follow-up.
o Reverse Auction Data Capture: Set up the CRM to capture and store reverse auction data, including user activity, bids placed, and auction outcomes, for future analysis and personalized notifications.
2. WordPress Configuration Requirements:
