Creating basic graphics and visual content using design tools
Conducting online research and compiling reports
Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
2+ years experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role
Proficient in using LinkedIn search, filter and outreach tools
Strong writing and communication skills for professional emails
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent research and analytical skills
Experience with general office software (Word, Excel)
