Job Description

Here is the plugin functionaliy, if you can achieve it with existing free resources avaiable, I will happy to pay same amount.

I will design form and can use short code (allow me to create form fields)
User will Submit query from from front end
Query will come at backend and can be assigned to a custom user to manage and respond
User can change status and write comment
Customer submission will be show at customer dashboard (after 3 columns added, comment date submission and status)
Top header menus submitted, draft, action needed, approved
Customer can edit only when its status (submitted, draft, action needed once the status button is approved he cant edit)
