Work From How: YouTube Channel Manager

Job Description

I am looking to hire 2 People (Either male or female with a Good English accent) for my ENGLISH YouTube channel, where I will be uploading videos on "How to " kind of informative videos. This is a long-term job opportunity (More than a year) for the right candidates.

Responsibilities
- I will share the video ideas list with you

- You need to search that topic on YouTube, watch similar videos, understand the process, and then record your mobile/laptop screen to show the same steps in a step-by-step way with English voice-over.

- The videos will be between 1-3 minutes long.

- An example topic is "how to delete an Instagram account, How to swap someone's face using AI" etc. These are simple tutorial videos that you can make within 10 minutes.

- Trim an unnecessary part of the video you recorded.

- Upload video to channel

- Create thumbnails using the provided template (The templates are ready, you just need to change the title, will hardly take 1 to 2 minutes on each thumbnail)

- Optimize and publish the video (Will share a template, that you can use with AI to write in less than 5 minutes)

- You need to Upload 10-12 videos per day (Less than 5 hours of work)

NOTE: After you understand the process, one video can be done in under 20 minutes.


Compensation:
Rs20,000/month
Opportunity to increase pay after 1-2 months based on performance.
