looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a localized classifieds and marketplace website similar to Dubizzle.com.

The core functionality should mirror Dubizzle, but I require about a 20% change in the overall UI/UX design to match my specific brand identity and layout preferences.

Key Requirements:

Core Features: User registration/profiles, item listing creation with image uploads, advanced search/filtering by category/location, and an in-app messaging system between buyers and sellers.

Tech Stack: I am looking to build this using React / Next.js for the frontend, Node.js / Express for the backend, and a robust SQL database (or your recommended equivalent for scalability).

Design: The structure will be similar to Dubizzle, but we will modify approximately 20% of the design (custom color palette, altered homepage layout, and streamlined navigation).
